Expecting a fundamental digital camera and that is what this camera is, very basic. Picture quality is just average and view screen is just average, and below average in sun light. I bought it for work thinking of a low price camera and you get what you pay for.

Bought this digital camera to replace a Kodak v1233 it was a excellent digital camera for a excellent price and this has been too. The only thing we liked about our v1233 was that it took great HD video this doesn’t do HD but on the bright side the lower quality video does not take up as much space (not that that’s truly a bright side). We always give out custom family calendars to our parents as Christmas gifts and the low quality images from cameras of our brothers and sisters usually seem to ruin our great calendar picture sets. This digital camera has never failed us and works seamlessly with both our Mac and PC. Excellent camera.

The camera functions great. With the 12 mega-pixels the photos are sharp and clear. Adding a memory card greatly increases storage capabilities. Charging the digital camera directly from the USB port enables the user to utilize any generic USB charger, this is excellent for on-the-go vehicle charging. I recommend purchasing a case for the digital camera, one is not included.
